Is there a fee for canceling a shipment?
If you generate a shipping label for a package but do not use the service, no shipping charges will apply. However, if you are shipping ocean freight and need to cancel after the booking confirmation has been issued, you must provide a cancellation notice at least seven (7) days before the scheduled Estimated Time of Departure (ETD). In such cases, a cancellation fee will be charged for each canceled container.

What happens if BLS delays my shipment?
For parcel shipments, delivery guarantees apply once the shipment reaches the destination country. If we fail to meet the guaranteed delivery timeframe, the customer will be eligible for compensation.
For ocean freight shipments, if we fail to load your cargo on the scheduled vessel or if there is a departure delay of more than three days, you will be eligible for compensation.
